All deliveries must be signed when you receive them. When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your ordered items, from our store at Dhanbad, Ranchi & Purulia. Simply select Pick Up In-Store option and make payment the usual way. We will send you an email order confirmation and our stores will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up. We request ID and authorization when collecting your items.

Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we will endeavour to supply ordered goods within 3-5 days in Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal and 5-10 days at other locations. In case, any product runs out of stock or is unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving revised delivery schedule or other options.
