At KRIPS, your satisfaction is our priority. We manufacture and sell high-quality housekeeping, laundry, and freshener products. However, if something goes wrong with your order, weβre here to help.
β Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
- Product delivered is wrong item or wrong quantity
- Product packaging is tampered or expired
β We do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
- Minor outer box damage not affecting product usability
π© Return Request Process
- Initiate your return within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at support@kripsindi.com or calling [Insert Phone Number].
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photo/video proof of issue
- We will verify your request within 2 business days.
- If approved:
- Weβll either replace the item or
- Process a refund as per your payment method
π Return Pickup / Shipping
- If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will schedule it.
- Otherwise, we may ask you to ship the product to our warehouse. We will reimburse shipping costs if the return is valid.

Once your return is approved and product is received (if applicable), refunds are processed as follows:

π Refund timelines are counted from the date of approval or product pickup/receipt, whichever is later.

- Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and verified, if applicable.
- In case of replacement, we will ship the new item within 2β3 working days after approval.
- Any dispute regarding refund eligibility must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
