We currently deliver across India, including major cities and towns. For remote or special regions, delivery may take longer.
- Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Shipping Time & Delivery
• Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we will endeavor to supply ordered goods within 3-5 days in Jharkhand and 5-10 days at other locations. In case, any product runs out of stock or is unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving revised delivery schedule or other options.
• Prepaid Orders: ₹49–₹99 based on weight & location. Free shipping on orders above ₹ 599.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An Additional ₹50 COD fee may apply.
- Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive:
• Tracking number via email/SMS.
• Live tracking link to monitor progress.
- Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
• Don’t accept the parcel OR
